Understand why storing knowledge in files beats chat history, how context windows work, and set up your Co-work project.
Why outputs buried in long chat threads get lost, and how most people use AI inefficiently today.
The paradigm shift: knowledge lives in documents that get better over time, not in conversations that get buried.
AI wakes up with zero memory every conversation. Your Personal OS is the briefing packet it reads every time.
A chat + a file editor + a file explorer. Same AI brain, but now it has hands to create and edit files on your machine.
